用途Usage：
黒鉛シートを適切な厚さに圧延してベースフィルムと貼り合わせてコイルを形成し、表面にひび割れ、打痕、損傷がない。
To press the graphite sheet to suitable thickness and to laminating graphite with back film and finially make it in roll shape. No cracks, no indentation and no damage on the material surface.

特徴Features
1.主操作はタッチ式操作インターフェースを採用し、直感的で明瞭で、操作が便利である。

2.本体は2つのモータを用いてそれぞれ2本のロールを制御し、動力が安定し、回転がスムーズである。

3.電気部品はドイツのシーメンスを採用し、運行が安定している。

4.シートの生産、自動化プログラム制御を採用し、前後間隔±1 mm。
Sheet processed by full auto programmable control, separation distance ±1mm.
5.本体の両側にそれぞれ巻取りと巻取り機構を備え、巻材の生産を行う。
Unwind part and rewind part are in the two sides of machines.
6.米国輸入油圧シリンダ、精密油圧ステーション、圧力調節範囲を備え、圧力が安定している。
Hydraulic cylinder is imported from UAS, high-precision hydraulic station, pressure is stalbe.
7.材料が本体に入る時と材料が排出される時、同じ基準線上でずれないように、材料を収容するEPC偏光補正装置を備える。

8.ホストロールは特殊な鋼材を用いて鍛造加工したもので、硬度、圧力抵抗力が強い。
Main rolls are made of special steel, high hardness, high pressure tolerance.
